How do I replace or delete my Wise digital cards?

You can get new card details up to 3 times a day. When you generate a new set of card details, your old ones will stop working:

To replace your digital card(s):

  1. Go to Cards 

  2. Select the digital card you want to replace

  3. Select Replace card

You can delete your digital card(s) at any time. 

To delete your digital card(s):

  1. Go to Cards 

  2. Select the digital card you want to delete

  3. Select Delete card

Can I still get refunds to my digital card if I replace or delete it? 

Even if your card details were replaced or deleted, you can still receive a refund to your account.

If the merchant asks for the last four digits of the card, you can find this on the app. We don't currently have it on the web.

  1. From Home, select the transaction you want the refund for

  2. Find the last 4 digits next to “Card ending in”

Once the merchant sends your refund, it typically takes 5–10 working days for the money to arrive in your account.
