Why am I being logged out?

To keep your account safe and to avoid anyone accessing your sensitive data, we automatically log out our customers after 5 minutes of inactivity. This means that if you log into your account, and leave it idle for 5 minutes, you'll be logged out.

This happens on both web and app.

  • On the web, you'll need to log in again with your email and password. 

  • On the app, you'll need to use your biometrics or passcode to unlock the app. Note that your passcode is different from your password. 

What if I forgot my passcode or can’t use biometrics?

If you forgot your passcode or can’t use biometrics:

  1. Choose the option to log out of your account

  2. Use your email and password to log in

  3. After logging in, you'll be prompted to set up the passcode or biometrics again
