Here's how you can change your business details on either web or app depending on if your business has been verified or not.
If your business isn’t verified
If your business hasn’t been verified yet, follow these steps to edit your details on either web or app.
Go on your business name in the top corner — make sure you're in your business account
Select Business details
Select Edit for the section you need to change and fill in the form
Select Request change
If you need to update director or shareholder information, please get in touch with us.
If your business is already verified
If your business has been already verified, you may still be able to update your name and address by following the steps above, as long as it's within the same country and legal entity. For US businesses, you can update the address so long as it's within the same state. There are no restrictions to updating your trading addresses.
If your business is changing countries, it's going to change its legal entity, so you would need to open a new business account with Wise.
