When will my transactions appear in Xero?

We’ll automatically sync your transactions every 4 hours. 

If you need to sync sooner, go to ‘Sync options and status’ from your Connection settings and click ‘Sync now’. On this page you’ll also see the option to choose an earlier start date — up to one year.

A transaction isn't showing up

If you don't see a transaction in Xero, check if you sent the payment via a Wise balance. We can only sync payments that were made using the Wise balances, so if it was an external payment, it won't show up.

You can also check which dates you've selected to sync from, and make sure the selection covers thee date you're looking for.
