Because many of the questions you might experience have been faced by others, Altiris has implemented several useful tools to help you find the answers you need:

Support Agreements

Customers can select from four different incident based support agreement offerings. All support agreements are a subscription service that allows subscribing, registered customers to submit technical support questions and issues. Four versions of support agreements are:

  • Wise Package Studio - 5/10 pack
  • Wise Installer/Installation – 5/10 pack
