Altiris Service Center

Altiris is pleased to introduce the Altiris Service Center. The Altiris Service Center (ASC) is a Web-based system that aggregates many useful resources and tools that you may need as you install, implement, and use Altiris software. Here are some of the highlights of the ASC:

• Single sign-on access to the Altiris Knowledgebase, Support Forums, License Management Portal, Partner Portal, and the Altiris Support Helpdesk
• Subscription feature; information on hotfixes, new releases, and known issues can be sent to you when it is made available via regular emails or RSS feeds
• Ability to submit a product feature request online
